This position is based in Chicago, IL within our Customer Service Function, and reports to our Center Performance Manger.Ĭore Responsibilities includes but is not limited to: The Center Operations Manager is an active member of the Onsite Management Team and works directly with the Performance Manager to run the online customer service center according to H&M values, standards, policies, and procedures, global leadership expectations of the Customer Service function. Overall Job Summary: As a Center Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the performance of the online customer service center, including coaching and developing a team of team leaders.
